Dumbledore is still alive, but that doesn't affect Harry's protection. Just what he knows about Voldemort and his Horcruxs. Dumbledore is slowly growing older and weaker. Harry, Ron, and Hermione leave occasionally, but secretly with only Dumbledore knowing. Or at least thats what they think... Hogwarts its self isn't the same either. Although it is under great protection, Death Eaters do have a way of knowing what is going on inside; their students. What will happen in there last year? We still have yet to know...
