Rules...
1. You must make sure no one is already that character.

2. One character per account.

3. Your avatar and signature must have something to do with the character.

4. You must not change any of the information so you have a different boyfriend/girlfriend or a different blood status. Unless of course you made up a character or the information is not available.

5. You may make up your own character, but I want a very detailed application.
